• Necesidad de un Estatuto Marco específico para los médicos y otros titulados superiores (Farmacéuticos, Biólogos, Psicólogos,….) con formación sanitaria especializada (FIR, BIR, PIR,….).
• Blindar las competencias profesionales.
• Es necesario garantizar el liderazgo médico en todo el proceso asistencial en el SNS, necesitando a la vez el trabajo en equipo.
• Es imprescindible conseguir una regulación específica y diferenciada de nuestra profesión (Estatuto Médico del SNS) que recoja todas nuestras peculiaridades, desde los sistemas de clasificación a los de selección y provisión/movilidad.
• Regulación de la jornada y demás aspectos laborales como el sistema retributivo, motivación y reconocimiento, carrera y desarrollo profesional, así como sistemas de jubilación y que todo ello permita una coexistencia armónica con otras profesiones sanitarias y reducir las rigideces que actualmente padece nuestro sistema sanitario.

• Ante la escasez de facultativos, pero sobre todo por el confort laboral y personal, debemos romper las barreras que limiten el acceso, la movilidad y la realización profesional de nuestros médicos.
• Tenemos realidades distintas en cada comunidad autónoma en el acceso y movilidad de los servicios de salud: la bolsa de trabajo está firmemente implementada en numerosas comunidades pero no en todas, teniendo baremación distintas incluyendo algunas baremaciones extra para los puestos de difícil cobertura pero no en todas.
• No existen traslados para todos los ámbitos en todas las comunidades autónomas. En algunas, como Navarra, directamente los médicos no pueden trasladarse fuera de la comunidad.
• En las ofertas públicas de empleo (OPEs) nos encontramos con una situación similar de desigualdad entre las comunidades autónomas, mientras algunas van convocando OPEs con regularidad la cadencia en otras es prácticamente inexistente.
• Además, la tasa de reposición, que es una imposición del gobierno central, se sigue manteniendo, todo ello dificulta mucho la estabilidad de los médicos y titulados superiores.

• Las diferencias en igualdad entre las distintas comunidades autónomas es una realidad que tenemos que abordar.
• La conciliación para el colectivo médico sigue siendo una de las grandes olvidadas de la Administración. Es necesario exigir la aplicación de esta normativa al colectivo médico.
• Las guardias médicas siguen siendo uno de los principales problemas para la conciliación. Necesitamos una nueva regulación de las guardias acorde a los nuevos tiempos.
• Seamos garantes de la prevención de la violencia contra las mujeres en los espacios de trabajo.

• En España se utiliza a los MIR como mano de obra barata. Múltiples encuestas reflejan la sobrecarga laboral, escasa supervisión y la sobrecarga de guardias que interfieren en su formación.
• Para poner remedio a esta situación necesitan urgentemente un convenio laboral estatal que regule sus condiciones laborales para garantizar una formación óptima y de calidad.
• No olvidemos que el objeto de la contratación de los MIR es obtener el título como especialistas y no dar cobertura a un sistema sanitario deficiente que necesita más especialistas contratados.

• Priorizar la acción sindical en estudiantes de Medicina y Médicos Internos Residentes.
• Seguir manteniendo la comunicación efectiva en redes sociales e intervenir en centros de EAP y servicios hospitalarios presencialmente como delegados.
• Potenciar las estrategias de campañas electorales y compartir las claves de éxito entre las comunidades confederadas.
• Formación para profesionalizar a nuestros delegados sindicales en ámbitos de negociación, comunicación, legislación y redes sociales.
