El Sindicato Médico de la Comunitat Valenciana (CESM-CV) expresa su profundo rechazo a la aprobación por parte del Consejo de Ministros del Anteproyecto de Ley del Estatuto Marco del personal de los servicios de salud, un texto que continúa ignorando las reivindicaciones esenciales planteadas por los médicos y facultativos durante todo el proceso negociador.

Desde CESM-CV lamentamos que el Ministerio de Sanidad haya optado por seguir adelante con una reforma de enorme trascendencia para el futuro de la sanidad pública sin haber alcanzado un consenso real con los representantes legítimos de la profesión médica. Esta decisión supone una oportunidad perdida para corregir los graves problemas que afectan al ejercicio profesional y para afrontar con garantías la creciente falta de facultativos que padecen numerosos departamentos de salud de nuestra comunidad.

La firma y el respaldo de este Anteproyecto por parte de algunos sindicatos(CSIF, CCOO, UGT y SATSE) pone de manifiesto, una vez más, que la defensa de la profesión médica no figura entre sus prioridades. CESM-CV considera que quienes han apoyado este texto han ignorado deliberadamente las demandas fundamentales de los facultativos, contribuyendo a perpetuar un modelo que no reconoce la singularidad, la responsabilidad ni las especiales condiciones de ejercicio de la profesión médica.

A pesar de las reiteradas movilizaciones, concentraciones y jornadas de huelga convocadas durante los últimos meses, las principales demandas del colectivo médico continúan sin recibir una respuesta satisfactoria.

Especial preocupación genera que el texto aprobado mantenga una concepción homogénea de las profesiones sanitarias que ignora las características propias del ejercicio médico. La formación prolongada, la responsabilidad clínica, la toma de decisiones que afectan directamente a la vida de los pacientes y la disponibilidad permanente exigida a los facultativos requieren un tratamiento normativo diferenciado que el Ministerio continúa rechazando.

En la Comunitat Valenciana, donde los problemas de cobertura asistencial, las dificultades para fidelizar profesionales y la sobrecarga de trabajo son una realidad cada vez más evidente, este Anteproyecto no aporta soluciones efectivas. Por el contrario, corre el riesgo de agravar la desmotivación profesional y favorecer la fuga de talento hacia otros sistemas sanitarios o hacia el ámbito privado.

Por todo ello, CESM-CV continuará respaldando cuantas acciones sean necesarias para defender los derechos de los médicos y facultativos y exigirá que la tramitación parlamentaria del Anteproyecto incorpore las modificaciones imprescindibles para garantizar un marco normativo justo, moderno y acorde con la realidad de la profesión médica.

La sanidad pública necesita médicos. Y los médicos necesitan un Estatuto que reconozca, respete y proteja la singularidad de su ejercicio profesional.
