Sanidad admite la especial regulación que reclama la profesión médica y fija próximas reuniones con el Comité de Huelga

Madrid, 30 de abril de 2025; los representantes de la Confederación Española de Sindicatos Médicos (CESM) y del Sindicato Médico Andaluz (SMA) que conforman el Comité de Huelga del paro que hay convocado para el próximo 23 de mayo han acudido este miércoles a la primera reunión con el Ministerio de Sanidad para avanzar en las negociaciones sobre el borrador del Estatuto Marco, un encuentro que han valorado positivamente y del que han obtenido la admisión por parte ministerial de que el colectivo debe contar con un tratamiento singular diferenciado con capítulo propio en la norma que se está negociando.

El Comité de Huelga destaca también que, como venía planteando de manera previa, se ha conseguido fijar un calendario de próximas reuniones para seguir avanzando en las negociaciones que permitan un verdadero reconocimiento de la profesión. Así, ambas partes volverán a reunirse los próximos días 12 y 19 de mayo para seguir avanzando en estas conversaciones.

Por este motivo, los representantes sindicales han informado de que la convocatoria de huelga nacional, que tendrá su primera jornada el próximo 23 de mayo, sigue adelante, a la espera de conocer cómo se desarrollan las dos reuniones previas que se han acordado con el ministerio.

En la reunión también se ha trasladado a los responsables ministeriales todos aquellos puntos que se consideran inadmisibles dentro del borrador actual de Estatuto Marco y que figuran en la convocatoria de huelga.

El de este miércoles es el primer encuentro entre Administración y sindicatos convocantes en el que ambas partes llegaban con voluntad negociadora para comenzar a desencallar el conflicto actual, en el que la profesión médica y facultativa ha mostrado de manera unánime su rechazo al borrador de Estatuto Marco que ha elaborado el ministerio y que ha provocado una campaña de movilizaciones desde el pasado mes de enero y que se mantiene por el momento hasta finales del mes de mayo.

En este sentido, señalaban ser conscientes del grave perjuicio que genera una huelga médica como la convocada, del mismo modo que admitían creer firmemente en las justas reivindicaciones del colectivo, cuya singularidad debe ser reconocida y tener su propia regulación puesto que tiene condiciones de trabajo y formación diferenciadas del resto de profesionales que componen el Sistema Nacional de Salud.

Al encuentro han acudido, por parte ministerial, la directora general de Ordenación Profesional, Celia Gómez, el subdirector general de Cohesión y Alta Inspección del Sistema Nacional de Salud, Juan Julián García y Miguel Ángel Máñez como consejero técnico; y por parte del Comité de Huelga los responsables de CESM Miguel Lázaro, Víctor Pedrera, María José Rodríguez, José María Soto, Jorge Curiel y María José García, y del SMA Rafael Ojeda y Ángel Tocino.
